Give an intern, registrar or freelancer the inventory they need without giving them the money. The decision travels with the record, on screen, in a checklist and in an export.
Moving in and out
Every column in. A CSV you build out.
Imports from Artlogic retain each source column, including the ones that do not have a dedicated field yet. Exports are built by the gallery, with the columns it chooses.

Is there a free plan?+
Yes. The records, documents, import and export are free for any gallery, for as long as it likes.
Is this a CRM or an inventory system?+
Both. A collector, a work and a fair are separate records with one shared history.
Can I take my data out?+
Any time, as a CSV you build yourself. Choose the columns, read the rows, and take the file.
Who can see prices?+
Whoever the gallery says. Work access and price access are distinct permissions.
Is there a demo?+
Yes. The public demo runs on a synthetic gallery and does not touch anybody’s records.
